Your day to day Sales & revenue · Be responsible for driving income in your space to achieve your budgets. · You’ll own inbound membership enquiries for your space, as well as driving pro-active sales opportunities · Build to 100% building occupancy by conducting great tours and effectively selling the space. · Maintain occupancy by exceeding the expectations of your members, and by conducting effective contract renewals. · Maximise revenue opportunities eg. meeting rooms & event hire, printing, customisation extras & short-term usage. · Manage contracts and invoices relating to new and existing members. Space operations · Onboard new members effectively, getting them off to a great start. · Manage the overheads in your space to achieve your budgets. · Ensure the building runs smoothly and our facilities and amenities are kept to a great standard. · Work directly with management on any issues to ensure the highest level of member experience and satisfaction. · Update and complete membership records as appropriate to ensure information is accurate and current. Our story Norlake Hospitality Limited is a London based owner and developer of unique hospitality properties and experiences around the world. The role The role sits in the finance team, reporting into the Finance Director, and responsible for the group reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. An experienced and qualified Electrical Fitter with experience in running installation / service teams on-site is needed to join the team at this leading door installation and servicing company based in London on a full-time basis. This role is in London, so the relevant candidate will be working around London for a large percentage of the time, which could include the odd weekend. About the Role You will work as a Site team member to provide a combination of installation, repairs, and servicing of various types of doors, including all associated hardware and components. You will be a part of the Servicing and Installation department and will report directly to the Managing Director. Much of their work requires the candidate to undergo a Security clearance, which will include background checks, references for the previous 3 years of employment, residential checks, medical and complete random Drugs and Alcohol checks. Key Responsibilities: •Install, service and maintain the range of doors, which can be NPSA (CPNI) rated. The range includes Sliding-folding, bi-fold doors, side-hinged doors and fire doors. All doors can be either mechanical or electrically operated •Provide an innovative and technically aware approach to problem-solving •Comply with all Health & Safety requirements. •Lead an on-site team of fitters to ensure the project is completed within the allocated time and to the high standards required •Ensure that all HSE and company paperwork is completed and returned to the office after the project has been completed •Ensure appropriate audits and checks are carried out on company equipment in line with relevant standards •Receive and put into action all written and verbal instructions as required •Train and supervise all team members to ensure they adhere to all safety documentation •examines drawings, specifications and wiring diagrams to determine the method and sequence of operations; •selects, cuts and lays wires and connects to sockets, plugs or terminals by crimping, soldering, brazing or bolting; •cuts, bends and installs electrical conduit; •assembles parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools and by brazing, riveting or welding; •installs electrical plant, machinery and other electrical fixtures and appliances such as fuse boxes, generators, light sockets etc.; •examines electrical plant or machinery, domestic appliances and other electrical assembly for faults using test equipment and replaces worn parts and faulty wiring.
