Senior supervisor - Award Winning Pub, Bar and Restaurant Group Urban Pubs and bars are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled supervisor with personality & charisma for one of our amazing new bars in the city. Looking for someone that is passionate about food and drinks as well as having a good time. Role • As supervisor you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen. • Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. • You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow. What We Looking For • "Wear your heart on your sleave", take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it's your own • Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you • You’re not precious.
