Key Responsibilities: • Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries via chat, email, and phone, addressing questions about products, orders, and policies via Zendesk and ensure tickets are answered on-time and with excellent customer service., • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, working to resolve them swiftly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction., • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our product line to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers., • Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and communicated to the customer., • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings and communicate insights to the management team., • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience., • Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s values and mission in every customer interaction, promoting a positive and professional image of the brand. Qualifications: • 2+ years of customer service experience, • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is REQUIRED., • High school diploma or equivalent, • Fluency in English, • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Passion for sports and a good understanding of our product offerings is a plus., • Must be able to pass a background check., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays., • Show up for work!, • Come on time and be committed to be your best. You will be the site maintenance operative responsible for daily, weekly and monthly compliance duties along with general, mechanical and electrical Planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks as directed by the clients on site FM team. What You'll Do: · A versatile engineer with a can-do attitude and have a strong emphasis on quality of service. · To carry out admin tasks to ensure all maintenance records and log books are up to date. · To ensure compliance items included in the contract are carried out on time and that all paperwork and records are in date and accessible for inspection at all times. · To carry out planned maintenance of general mechanical and electrical services as part of the annual plant maintenance plan. · To liaise with the Ball team on any project works and be the go to technical person on site, and the conduit for calling in other trades and specialisms as may be required. · Be on-site to respond to breakdowns & report to the client to come up with a solution if this requires technical assistance contact Guardian's call desk to arrange for a mobile engineer or the relevant specialist subcontractor to attend once authorised by Ball's representative. · Carry out all the daily, weekly & monthly testing on-site as per the site log book. · Booking in subcontractors to attend site for PPMs, & making sure they have a work permit, and are working safely on site. · Following up the further works repairs on site to ensure they are booked in within a timely manner. · Carrying out handy man duties on site. Being able to be the first port of call for the customer. · Maintain the cleanliness in the workplace, always leaving site clean & tidy. Hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 4pm (1/2 hour lunch break) (37.5 hours per week) Daily Tasks · Plant Room checks to ensure there are no faults. · Toilet area checks to ensure no leaks or blockages. · Lighting lamp replacements. · General maintenance duties as directed by Ball's representative. · Administering site records. ( compliance, H&S of contractors and general maintenance paperwork). Weekly Tasks · Fire alarm bell test. · Generator fuel Checks. · Flush little used outlets. Monthly Tasks · Utility meter readings. · Water temperature checks and flushing. · Emergency Lighting testing. · Monthly meeting attendance with Ball and the Guardian Contract manager.
