    Domiciliary Carer Location: West Sussex (community-based, visiting clients in their own homes) Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract initially – moving to part time/full time when client base grows Hours: Flexible, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required Driving: Full UK driving licence required About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Carer to join our team in West Sussex. You will be visiting clients in their own homes, providing person-centred care and support that enables them to live independently and with dignity. As a key part of their daily life, you’ll make a genuine difference to the wellbeing of the people you support. This is a zero hours contract, offering flexibility to suit your availability, with work available across the West Sussex area. Key Responsibilities Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming Supporting with medication prompting and administration as required Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities where needed Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in a client’s condition to the care coordinator Working in accordance with individual care plans and company policies Requirements A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential — you will be travelling between client homes across West Sussex) A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively Reliability, empathy, and a professional attitude Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check Right to work in the UK Previous experience in a care or support role Desirable (but not essential) NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care What We Offer Flexible working hours to fit around your lifestyle Competitive hourly pay, with additional rates for weekends and bank holidays Paid mileage allowance Full induction and ongoing training, including manual handling and medication Support towards care qualifications A supportive and friendly team environment Regular supervision and wellbeing check-ins We are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable adults. About The Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of our daily warehouse operations. This is a key role at the heart of our Food & Beverage and Logistics function, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working closely with our Soft FM and Maintenance teams, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high operational standards while supporting wider business needs. Please note that a full UK driving license is required for this role. Key Responsibilities • Warehouse Operations, • Oversee deliveries, including unpacking, organisation, and supplier liaison for damaged or missing items, • Maintain accurate stock control, rotation, and regular stock takes, • Ensure all inventory data is recorded and up to date, • Health, Safety & Hygiene, • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, • Monitor product dates to uphold a 5-star hygiene standard, • Manage waste, recycling, and storage audits, • Inventory & Fulfilment, • Ensure a 100% picking rate for next-day deliveries, • Work closely with Procurement to guarantee timely stock availability, • Carry out final quality checks before dispatch, • Operational Support, • Process deliveries for multiple departments, ensuring items are stored and labelled correctly, • Support maintenance operations by preparing stock for scheduled site visits, • Logistics & Driving Cover, • Provide driver cover when required, including early starts (from 4:30 AM), • Ensure timely delivery of goods to client locations, • Security & Fleet Management, • Manage keys, fobs, and access systems accurately, • Carry out regular vehicle checks and coordinate repairs when needed, • Additional Duties, • Handle urgent or reactive purchasing requests, • Support 3D space scanning (Matterporting) following training Interview Process • Phone call with a member of the team, • 1st round interview in our office with Phil (Head of Soft FM/Logistics), • Final interview with COO About You We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Role We’re looking for an in-house Maintenance Specialist to keep our growing number of managed offices running smoothly, whilst ensuring that new offices we’re opening are finished to the highest standards. You will be: • Kitt’s first line of service: running a first assessment of the situation: carry out repairs or recommending a specialist contractor on site, • Performing site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for major repairs, • When required, you’ll be present when contractors attend sites and ensure completion of the works are up to Kitt’s standards., • Performing maintenance and repairs including leaks, changing taps, general plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works, lock changes etc. As well as some decorating works: Painting, pictures frames etc., • Providing support to the wider operations team during tenants move-ins (whiteboards, fixing TVs on walls etc), • Performing light carpentry (e.g. building cabinets) About You • Proven experience within maintenance or construction., • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment., • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems. A Qualification in HVAC is desired but not essential for this position, • Basic maths skills., • As an expert problem solver, you can think outside the box to come up with solutions., • Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients.
