As our Finance Analyst, you will support the Divisional Finance Team and Regional Finance Director in the provision of internal/external reporting (with some focus on joint venture activities also), financial control, and financial/commercial analysis. Coach and mentor junior members of the team., • Completion of monthly management information relating to our core and joint venture activities., • Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding debtors., • Support the Divisional FC in maintaining a strong financial control environment across the Division (including maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations) and in providing technical accounting support and challenge to the Regions., • Execution of HY and FY external reporting requirements of the London Division and its Joint Ventures, building good working relationships with Group Finance and the External Auditors., • Support the wider operations of the Regional business unit, liaising with Commercial / Development / Sales and Marketing teams to provide financial insight and support alongside the Regional Finance Director., • Support in the delivery of new initiatives to improve current systems and processes., • Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support joint venture activities.
