Job Overview Registered Manager – Adult Care Home Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: Surrey Pay: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our adult care home and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in an adult care leadership role and strong knowledge of CQC standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage staff to deliver outstanding care., • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding., • Oversee care planning, medication, and risk assessments., • Maintain strong relationships with families and professionals., • Manage rotas, budgets, and operational performance. Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience as Registered/Deputy Manager in adult care., • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)., • Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, MCA/DOLS., • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
