About the Role\n IndoBevs is currently seeking a qualified and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have prior in-house legal experience—preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector—and be proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts. Familiarity with legal compliance tools is also essential. \n This position demands a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law, excellent contract lifecycle management capabilities, and a proactive attitude towards compliance and regulatory oversight. The candidate must also exhibit strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities\n \n • \n Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor, service, distribution, NDA, MOU, consultancy, and licensing agreements \n • \n Ensure contractual compliance with relevant laws, company policies, and risk frameworks \n • \n Manage contract lifecycle processes, including version control and maintaining contract repositories \n • \n Conduct due diligence for M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, and vendor assessments \n • \n Identify legal and compliance risks, offering practical guidance to leadership \n • \n Support legal investigations, audits, and internal reviews \n • \n Develop and manage legal templates and standard documentation \n • \n Organize and archive legal documents and correspondence systematically \n • \n Draft internal legal opinions, notices, and official communications \n • \n Implement and oversee regulatory compliance procedures across the company \n • \n Utilize compliance software to monitor obligations, deadlines, and filings \n • \n Deliver compliance training to internal teams and update them on legal changes \n • \n Advise on governance matters, including board and shareholder resolutions \n • \n Interface with regulatory authorities for licensing, registrations, and filings \n • \n Handle legal disputes, manage notices, and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary \n Required Qualifications\n \n • \n LLB from a recognized institution \n • \n 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal setting, ideally in the manufacturing or FMCG space \n • \n Proven ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements \n • \n Experience with compliance software (e.g., Legatrix, LexComply, ComplyGlobal) and CLM tools \n • \n Strong understanding of Indian corporate, commercial, and contract law \n • \n Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel, and familiar with document collaboration tools \n • \n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate legal language for non-legal teams \n How to Apply\n Interested applicants can submit their application via the link provided: \n https://careers.indobevs.com/apply?job=59&source=1000 Job Location\n Delhi, India \n #J-18808-Ljbffr
