You will be required to: \n\n - Process and prepare daily order documentation for picking, dispatch, and delivery\n - Manage incoming and outgoing emails and communications\n - Maintain accurate and organised records\n - Input and maintain data within relevant systems, including Pegasus, Excel, and other internal platforms\n - Act as a key point of contact for existing customers, delivering a professional and responsive service\n - Handle order adjustments, cancellations, returns, and collections in a timely and accurate manner\n - Liaise with transport, warehouse, and buying departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly\n\nAbout you:\nThis role requires someone who has a minimum of 12 months previous Admin experience.
