Part-Time Bookkeeper Bookkeeper - Retail/ Consumer Goods industry Part-time (4 days/ week or 5 days/ week with reduced hours) Permanent Waterloo, London Hybrid - 1 day working from home Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments., • Maintain supplier records and resolve discrepancies promptly., • Manage payment runs and monitor outstanding payables.Accounts Receivable (AR), • Generate and issue customer invoices in line with trading terms., • Monitor debtor balances, chase overdue payments, and maintain a clean AR ledger., • Reconcile customer accounts and support credit control activity.Multicurrency & Reconciliations, • Process transactions across multiple currencies and maintain accurate FX records., • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across several accounts., • Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments.Profit & Loss (P&L) Support, • Support preparation of monthly P&L reports, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and revenues., • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper within consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce environments., • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general bookkeeping principles., • Confident handling multicurrency transactions and reconciliations., • Experience with Xero accounting system What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
