What you'll actually be doing We work a counter service (think subway style), we greet customers build their health box and move onto the next with a smile. Then comes the evening shift where the business really wakes up, if you want quiet and relaxed this is not it, we thrive on the busy but fun environment. We do a lot of delivery's on Deliveroo uber etc, we have a special section for that where you can demonstrate your skills from pure speed and energy to attention to detail checking bags, tickets etc. We aim to bring out the best of your skills. Your tasks are build up from Run the protein section — Presentation on every plate.Serve the salads - Portion the right weight of salad and present well Own the finish — dressings, garnishes, the final check before it goes out.Pack deliveries properly — Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders that actually look good when they arrive.Know the menu — recommend sides, explain what things are, handle the questions.Production - of grab and go items and saladsJuice and smoothie station - Mix up some healthy drinksHelp new starters — show people the ropes the way you were shown them. The ideal candidate will be reliable, honest, outgoing, and comfortable with selling and interacting with customers. While previous retail experience is advantageous, it is not necessary as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Setting up the market stall prior to opening hours., • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, showcasing our products and answering any inquiries they may have., • Effectively promoting our range of meat snacks to drive sales and maximize profitability., • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments., • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the market stall throughout the duration of the shift., • Packing up the market stall at the end of the shift, ensuring all products and equipment are safely stored.
