We are on the hunt for a Lead Consultant to take full ownership and ultimate responsibility for our newly formed Connectivity vertical Business Unit. This role will suit someone with an extensive integrated agency background and a strong understanding of Cloud, IoT connectivity, connectivity infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and regulatory frameworks within B2B markets. The Role • Ultimate accountability for achieving Connectivity BU commercial targets – revenue, contribution, recoverability, utilisation, growth, • Ultimate responsibility for direction and oversight of Connectivity BU customer accounts, • Leading BU account strategy, visible leader for key accounts, key meetings, lead for BU new business processes, • Responsibility for defining and directing BU go-to-market – working with internal marketing, sales, and wider teams to execute growth plan, • Responsibility for immersion in global Connectivity markets and increasing agency-wide understanding of key themes, trends, and topics, • Responsibility for representing the agency in media / events / podcasts / content relevant to industry vertical, • Operating at a Senior level alongside the Management Board collaborating across all agency departments to drive commercial and client outcome, • Responsibility for defining BU team structure and resource requirements aligned to account needs, commercial objectives, and growth plan, • Responsibility for leading, managing, and upskilling BU team members in all aspects of their role and industry knowledge You • You think bigger. You are up-front, open and honest., • Extensive integrated agency background – likely operating at Group Account/Account Director or Strategic Lead within leading B2B marketing agency, • Knowledge of Cloud, IoT connectivity, connectivity infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and regulatory frameworks within B2B markets., • Knowledge, experience, and understanding of global enterprise B2B organisations, corporate structures, business contexts and go-to-markets, • Credible and able to operate at c-suite/exec level within enterprise B2B organisations, • Integrated marketing expertise for global B2B accounts – experience across brand / creative / content / demand gen and beyond, • Strategic creative thinker – proven ability to define and ‘sell a vision’ and direct multidisciplinary teams, • Confident and engaging presenter and communicator – experienced in presenting to senior/exec-level stakeholders, • Professional, committed, and able to define and coordinate complex campaigns and projects, • Ideally UK based - available and open to semi-regular international travel where appropriate/ required
