    TERM: FULL-TIME W/H: 45 HOLIDAYS: 28 DAYS OFF: 2 Azteca Öme is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience by combining the flavours of Mexico and the elegance of Japan using the best British ingredients. We are currently hiring a Chef de Partie to join our team. The restaurant serves dishes from a wood-fired grill, and their daily changing sharing menu features some of the best UK produce from land and sea while staying true to the distinctive character of both Japanese and Mexican cuisines. The restaurant has a brand-new kitchen and a huge 2-meter wood fire grill, making it a unique melting pot of flavours brought together by a team of professionals who are capturing the current London food movement. Chef requirements ✅ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar role. ✅ Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. ✅ Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with the company's specifications. ✅ Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. ✅ Attention to detail. ✅ An ability to work well under pressure. ✅ Excellent teamwork skills.
