Commercial Account Handler Location: Whyteleafe Salary: Negotiable + Benefits We're looking to add a Commercial Account Handler / Senior Account Handler to the team in Whyteleafe to support our growing client base with their requirements even more effectively. As a Brown & Brown teammate we will rely on you to put our customers at the heart of everything you do; managing a portfolio of our commercial clients, providing them with advice alongside supporting our Account Executives in delivering world class service to our customers. We will rely on you too: • Manage the day to day servicing of a book of commercial insurance clients across a variety of insurance lines and products, • Assist in the preparation renewal reports, process mid-term adjustments and support our clients with policy documentation, alongside supporting on any queries they may have., • Work with our clients, responding to queries promptly and finding appropriate resolutions for our customers., • Liaise with underwriters and insurers alike, to obtain the best terms from the market and ultimate outcomes for our clients, • Maintain accurate client records in line with company process and procedures, complying always with the FCA guidelines., • Actively seek out new business opportunities, ensuring our new customers and their business are adequately protected., • Want to learn and develop your skills supported by the regional leadership team. Position – Private Clients Account Manager (Insurance) Location – Orpington Salary – Negotiable plus benefits Overview We are currently looking for a Private Clients Account Manager to join the professional and welcoming insurance team in Orpington. At our Orpington office we offer high quality, specialist insurance products to Personal and Commercial clients throughout the UK. We have sustained one of the highest customer satisfaction and retention rates within the industry by focusing on the precise needs of our clients. In this position you will be offering and renewing insurance contracts for Private Clients that typically include clients with significant wealth and assets that need bespoke as well as standard covers. As an Executive you will manage an existing book of insurance business dealing with new enquiries to expand the company client base. Working alongside likeminded and experienced insurance brokers and managers this is a long term opportunity with a ‘forever company’ that will provide career progression and security.
