Key Responsibilities • Support the Talent Acquisition team deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates along the whole recruitment journey. Ensure all parties are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in line with best recruitment practice., • Phone screen applicants for role suitability., • Liaise with all stakeholders and set-up face to face or Teams interviews as required., • Support with tracker management and log updates as roles progress., • Support with planning, candidate communications and execution of assessment days., • Support with planning and communication on volume recruitment campaigns., • Support manage HR portal and email inbox for the team, dealing with queries or redirecting as required., • Support with advertising roles and promotion through social media., • Support with Linkedin resourcing of potential talent., • Maintain accurate information through internal recruitment systems., • Contribute to the delivery of recruitment projects and the continuous improvement of the recruitment function., • Work with the Talent Acquisition team in support of the broader XPS DEI agenda, • General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance., • Experience in contact centers, telesales, telephone-based customer service, or office-based B2B sales environments., • IT literate, confident using MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other systems for various processes., • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Enthusiastic about developing and enhancing the service provided to stakeholders., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times., • A-C GCSE Maths and English, Grade 4 and above or equivalent
