Skills & Experience • Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy (required)., • Registered member of a professional body such as BACP or equivalent (working towards accreditation desirable)., • Previous EAP experience (desirable but not essential)., • Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage risk effectively., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
