Founding Account Executive Location: London (hybrid – 1 day in our Mayfair boardroom, the rest wherever you work best) About DealsPlus We’re a fast-scaling, B2B SaaS company reshaping how private equity firms manage their portfolio data. Our platform helps top-tier PE firms digitise, manage and understand their cap tables and investment structures. Backed by a strong seed round and trusted by 35+ private equity firms, we’re entering our next stage of growth. Why This Role Exists We’ve reached a major revenue milestone and are ready to scale our commercial engine. We’re looking for a Big4-trained accountant, corporate lawyer, or private equity professional who is ready to leverage their impressive experience to pivot to a more strategic, client-facing, commercial role - one where your understanding of deals, structures and the private equity ecosystem is a superpower. We’re also open to experienced B2B sales professionals who know the private equity world inside out and are ready to sell a product that genuinely changes how the industry operates. This is your opportunity to join as our Founding Account Executive, helping define what world-class sales looks like in a business that’s still writing its own playbook. The role reports directly to our Chief Commercial Officer. What You’ll Do • Own growth: Identify, pitch, and close new clients - from first intro to signed contract., • Shape strategy: Work directly with our Chief Commercial Officer to help build our sales motion, create slick sales processes and refine messaging., • Bring creativity: Experiment with outreach, partnerships, and events to reach key decision-makers across private equity firms., • Be client-first: Engage directly with private equity stakeholders - both virtually and in person - to understand their challenges and position DealsPlus as the must-have solution., • Represent us globally: Attend private equity conferences and industry events, building your personal brand and our presence in key markets. Who You Are • Professionally trained, commercially curious. You’ve spent a few years in a Big4 firm or corporate law environment and have a strong understanding of private equity transactions. We will also consider experienced B2B sellers who have an in-depth knowledge of the private equity industry., • A natural relationship builder. You have presence, confidence, and emotional intelligence - people enjoy meeting and working with you., • Entrepreneurial by nature. You want more autonomy and ownership - you’re excited by the idea of building something., • Fast learner. You can grasp complex financial or technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly., • Humble and hungry. You seek out feedback and take it well, collaborate easily, and get a buzz from hitting (and exceeding) ambitious targets. What You’ll Get • Strong earning potential. You’ll be in the room driving that growth The Details • Location: London-based. Expect to be in Mayfair once a week and with clients around the UK, Europe and globally as needed., • Compensation: Competitive base + generous commission (uncapped), • Experience required: 4+ years at a Big4 or corporate law firm (with exposure to private equity clients); or 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales to financial institutions/private markets firms. This is not a “sales job.” It’s a career pivot into something faster, more strategic, and more entrepreneurial where your deal experience becomes commercial firepower.
