We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional service with a personal touch. The Role: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skill Tradesman to join our small yet growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in general building and carpentry, with additional experience in tiling highly desirable. Other trade skills will also be welcomed and valued. You will work both independently and as part of a small team, depending on the size and nature of the job. This is a full-time role offering long-term career potential within a supportive, family-oriented company. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out a variety of construction and renovation tasks, including carpentry, tiling, and general building work., • Work on projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, loft conversions, and roofing., • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting client expectations and company values., • Maintain a professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach at all times., • Take responsibility for tools, materials, and site organisation. Requirements: • Proven experience in general building and carpentry (tiling experience is a strong advantage)., • Full UK driving licence., • Own selection of tools (a company van will be provided following a successful probation period)., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship., • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
