Assess the current Private Cloud toolchain and operational processes, then improve and standardise CI/CD across product teams. Reduce manual deployment activity through automation, and introduce consistent engineering practices across build, test, deployment, and release. Act as the senior engineering escalation point for complex, platform-related customer issues, providing third-line support across infrastructure, database, networking, operating system, cloud platform, and deployment. Support Customer Delivery teams with architecture guidance, sizing, and deployment standards, and develop reference architectures and operational best practices.
