Mobile Crusher Operator Location: Nationwide (We aim to place you close to home whenever possible) Company: Aitch Demolition Pay: £20.00–£25.00 per hour Expected Hours: 40–50 per week Job Type: Full-time | Self-Employed (CIS) About Aitch Demolition Aitch Demolition is a fast-growing demolition and site clearance contractor operating across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality, safety, and reliability, we’re now looking for an experienced Mobile Crusher Operator to join our expanding team. This role suits someone with a solid background in mobile crushing operations who is looking for steady, long-term work and the backing of a professional, well-organised site team. Role Overview As a Mobile Crusher Operator, you’ll play a key role in our site clearance and material processing operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Operating mobile crushing equipment to process concrete, brick, and other demolition arisings, • Monitoring crusher performance and output to meet project requirements, • Managing and maintaining the machine, including daily checks and routine upkeep, • Coordinating with site teams to manage material flow and logistics, • Ensuring safe operation in line with site-specific RAMS and environmental controls, • Completing paperwork, inspections, and reporting near-misses or equipment issues Work Locations & Travel • Projects take place across the UK, though we will always try to assign you to sites close to home where possible., • If working away is required:, • Accommodation is provided and paid for, • Fuel support is available, • A company van may be supplied depending on location and availability What We’re Looking For • Experience operating mobile crushers (tracked or wheeled), • Valid CPCS, NPORS, or relevant plant ticket (Crusher/Screener ticket preferred), • CSCS or CCDO card, • Full UK driving licence and own transport, • Ability to work self-employed (CIS), • Comfortable working away from home when needed, • Solid understanding of site safety and environmental best practices Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Essential) • Asbestos Awareness (UKATA), • Face Fit certificate, • First Aid or CAT B Medical, • Excavator or ADT ticket, • Confined Space or NRSWA accreditation, • Blue CPCS/NPORS card What We Offer • Weekly pay at competitive rates, • 12+ months of ongoing work for the right operator, • Support from an organised and experienced site management team, • Access to modern, well-maintained crushing equipment, • Fuel support and vehicle options if travelling or working away, • Opportunities to upskill and diversify your plant experience How to Apply To apply, send your CV, plant tickets, and any recent references to: 📧
