Job Title: BTL Support Analyst\n\nLocation: West London\n Salary: £27,500 per annum\n Employment Type: Permanent\n Sector: International Banking\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAn international bank based in West London is seeking a BTL Support Analyst to join its Intermediary Services team. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to support the growth of the Bank's Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgage business by working closely with brokers, internal sales teams, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey.\n\nReporting to the Head of Intermediary Services, you will play a vital role in managing the BTL pipeline, supporting case origination, and ensuring efficient progression from packaging through to completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport Buy-to-Let sales activity by providing excellent service to brokers and customers, while managing the internal execution process\n\nAct as the key liaison point for intermediaries, ensuring smooth progression of cases through packaging, review, valuation, and completion stages\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, keeping them informed of products, lending criteria, and packaging requirements\n\nProvide regular updates to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and brokers on case progress, outstanding actions, and escalations\n\nMaintain key management information (MI) to track and demonstrate progress across the sales pipeline\n\nEfficiently manage the business pipeline by diarising, monitoring milestones, and following up on leads\n\nSupport brokers with case submissions, ensuring quality and accuracy of applications\n\nLiaise closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Products, Underwriting, Credit Administration, and Intermediary Business Delivery\n\nEnsure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements\n\nUndertake general administration, reporting, and communication duties\n\nOccasionally attend business meetings, networking events, or industry functions to promote brand awareness and identify new opportunities\n\nCarry out any additional responsibilities as delegated by line management\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nProven experience in Buy-to-Let mortgages and intermediary-based lending\n\nStrong relationship management and business execution capability\n\nGood understanding of the mortgage marketplace and broker environment\n\nExperience liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders\n\nSound understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on mortgage business\n\nAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure\n\nStrong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills\n\nSelf-motivated, able to work on own initiative, and adaptable to change\n\nMethodical, tactical, and commercially aware approach with a collaborative mindset\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international bank, offering stability, exposure to the Buy-to-Let mortgage market, and the chance to build strong industry relationships within a supportive team environment.\n\nIf you'd like, I can
