Liaising professionally with social workers, local authorities, education providers and other professionals. Deputising for the Registered Manager when required. About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about changing lives and confident leading by example. You'll ideally have: Experience working within a children's residential home or supported accommodation setting. Experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to progress. Good knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation. Strong communication and leadership skills. The ability to remain calm, resilient and solution focused. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) is desirable.
