Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve financial goals and maintain cost control. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote bar and cafe offerings and drive revenue. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically. Strong leadership qualities with a magnetic personality that inspires the team. Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
