ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding EC International Group’s commercial presence in the United Kingdom, with a strong focus on the Midlands industrial region. Your mission is to prospect, develop and manage a customer portfolio, acting as a key commercial interface between UK customers and our European project management teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (non-exhaustive) • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory, • Plan and manage your weekly schedule of customer and prospect meetings, • Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial customers, • Ensure accurate customer reporting and CRM follow-up, • Follow up on quotations prepared by our European Project Managers, • Act as the commercial liaison between customers and internal technical teams, • Actively grow existing accounts and convert prospects into long-term customers, • Attend trade fairs and industry events as an exhibitor, • Represent EC International Group professionally within the UK industrial market PROFILE REQUIRED: You are the right candidate if you have: • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative (mandatory), • A post-secondary qualification in sales, business or a related field, • Experience or strong exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments, • (knowledge of CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal or prototyping is a strong advantage) KEY SKILLS: • Strong commercial and business development mindset, • Results-driven, customer-focused and motivated by challenges, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • High level of autonomy, organisation and reliability, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams, • Strong written communication skills, • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools WHY JOIN US? • A fast-growing international industrial group, • Exposure to advanced and diverse manufacturing technologies, • A young, dynamic and multicultural team, • A family-owned company where human values matter, • Real opportunities for long-term growth and development WAGE PACKAGE: • Competitive annual salary: fixed base + variable commission and performance bonuses, • Company-provided mobile phone and laptop, • Business expenses fully covered (meals, hotels, fuel, travel, etc.), • Workplace pension scheme in accordance with UK auto-enrolment legislation GENERAL INFORMATION: • Start date: As soon as possible, • Location: Birmingham area, United Kingdom (home-based or sales office, with regular client travel) Ready to take on this challenge?
