Operational Requirements To arrive for work at the time specified on the Rota, correctly dressed for duty, as per the laid down procedure. To ensure all provided work tools / equipment are well maintained and in proper functional order. To ensure safety and return of all keys, in his/her possession. To ensure that a job of the day is completed in every area daily. To minimise wastage at all opportunities. To ensure engineering issues are reported to the Maintenance and fixed. To ensure that bedroom linen is not used for cleaning. Responsibilities To allocate tasks for Floor Supervisors within the shift to ensure all operational requirements are met. To deal with lost and found according to the lost and found procedure. To ensure Productivity List, Room Attendants rotas, Linen delivery note are updated daily. To make room attendant, Public Area and Evening Room Attendant Rotas every Wednesday Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute assignment sheets/work boards to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms. Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. To conduct departmental opening up / closing procedures according to shift allocation. To ensure that all Bedrooms are covered for that day. Answer the Telephone in a courteous and efficient manner, as per Hotel standards. Record all incoming calls, requests, tasks and incidents on the log sheet and ensure that they are followed up. To make sure that all guest requests are carried out to the Hotel standards. To monitor the movements of the bedrooms throughout the day making sure that the Floor Supervisors know which rooms is V.I.P or have special requests for them. To liaise with reception to ensure all VIP or special requirements are followed through, and that the appropriate rooms are ready for guests on arrival known. Ensure that all discrepancy rooms and departure report are monitored, checked and send to the reception. Maintains guestroom history files. To monitor and check out of order rooms in the computer and ensure that the reason why they are out of order. To report immediately any matters concerning the Security of the Hotel to a Duty Manager on duty. To ensure that all accidents are reported to a Duty manager on duty. Check rota on daily basis and make sure we have enough staff to cover the rooms. Be flexible with different shifts and make sure the crew rooms are allocated on timely manner starting from 5am Ensure store items are ordered on timely manner for the office and guest rooms. Team Requirements To ensure allocated tasks within the shift are met and completed as per standard. To identify training needs and communicating with the Deputy Head Housekeeper. To inform the Deputy Head Housekeeper of any irregularities in the conduct and / or appearance of staff within department or another department. In case of fire, bomb emergencies, assist in evacuating staff and guest in their area to the assembly point. We’re a small creative business looking for a self-employed Marketing Assistant to join us part-time. This is a flexible role (approx. 6-8 hours per week) and would suit someone creative, organised, and confident on social media. What you’ll do: • Content creation - help brainstorm, film, and edit content for our clients and our own brand (including being comfortable in front of the camera)., • Design - create graphics, posts, and marketing materials using Canva., • Social media management - schedule and post across Instagram, TikTok and other channels, plus light community management (comments/DMs)., • Email marketing- learn and use Klaviyo to design and send email campaigns., • Website updates - help keep our Squarespace website up-to-date and fresh., • Marketing support - assist with research, content calendars, and tracking results. Primary Purpose ● A key member of the team and accountable to the Owner, the Club Manager will have responsibility for the performance of the UBX club. ● As the lead for the sales function, you will be responsible for executing lead generation/marketing plan to increase membership sales. ● As Club Manager, you are accountable for ensuring all duties are delivered through project management, inter-personal skills, communication skills, administration, problem solving and process management. Customer Retention ● Onboarding new members and helping them through our joining process. ● Offering first class customer service to current members. Social Media ● To manage social media pages and update with real-time content. ● To respond to any comments on all platforms. Reporting ● Analyse success of our business performance - both in terms of year-on-year performance and vs budgets and re-forecasts – providing insight, commentary, and action plans to address performance variances. ● To continually benchmark our activity vs. our competitive set (and the wider market) and feedback to the business. ● Daily management of invoicing and tracking of all budgets. Team Management ● Recruit, hire, train and deliver the onboarding program for all staff. ● Providing leadership and direction to the team at your UBX club. General Administration & Office Duties: ● To assist with answering the phones and take messages when require. ● Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls. ● Participate in technical and personal development activities.
