As the sole food partner Dass Hospitality are recruiting a team to deliver fantastic food in a fast paced high volume environment working in partnership with the venues existing teams. There is also scope for progression within the business and any leadership/ supervisor experience is a bonus. Duties • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes at speed whilst working in a clean and organised manner, • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace air all times, • Assist in food production and presentation, • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations, • Help supervise kitchen staff when necessary, • Set up and clean down of the kitchen to brand standards, • Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner Requirements • Experience as a line chef or similar role. Food Handling Experience, • Experience with KDS screen (preferred), • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen operations, • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations We are looking for both full time and part time line cooks.
