Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting. Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
