Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program. Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., sports medicine, spine surgery, trauma) is preferred but not mandatory. Skills & Competencies: Strong surgical skills and precision. Excellent diagnostic and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. Proficiency in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques (preferred).
