The Position The ideal Cocktail Waiter/Waitress will have: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end, fine dining restaurant (Michelin and Indian Cuisine experience is a bonus) Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience A keen interest in Indian cuisine, with a desire to learn and develop with us Excellent attention to detail and a highly personable nature.

Grinding knowledge, making all types of coffees, welcoming guests, taking orders, cocktail and wine knowledge, cash handling

Business is looking to extend hours to include brunch, so currently in search of more staff to fill available positions. Looking for a charismatic individual with an enthusiastic and friendly approach to customers and great communication skills. Must be well mannered and hard working. A kind smile and attention to detail is key. Experience with cocktails and coffees is preferred. Looking for full time or part time with flexibility for work days. Shifts are available at any time during evenings from 4pm-11pm on weekdays, excluding Mondays (closed) and 11am-12am on weekends. Single or double shifts available. Can discuss further during interview stage. Fluent English is mandatory. Italian is also preferable but not mandatory.
