We’re looking for an Operations Area Manager to help us bring the heart of Colombia to the streets of London. Founded by Victor, Santiago, and Adnan, we are a specialty roaster on a mission to bring the warmth and vibrance of Colombia to London—and beyond. We are currently in a high-growth phase— widening our footprint and scaling production. We’re looking for a sharp, sales-driven Area Managers to lead our sites and help us build something iconic.
