The Role: Front of House Supervisor We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our founding team, covering both waitering and bartending duties while overseeing the smooth running of service. From guiding guests through a relaxed brunch service to crafting imaginative cocktails and elevating an evening of sophisticated small plates, you will set the standard for the floor, support and develop the team around you, and be central to shaping our guests' experience from the moment they arrive. Experience training, motivating, and managing a small team during live service. Knowledge of food and wine pairing, classic cocktails, and genuine enthusiasm for developing the menu and mentoring the team on original serves.
