Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, housing, and equality legislation. Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team. Experience in referral and assessment pathways, risk assessment, and multi-agency working. IT proficiency to maintain electronic records and reports. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Desirable Qualifications & Skills: NVQ/Diploma in a relevant field. Knowledge of electronic record systems such as Pyramid. Experience managing budgets and resource planning. This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (Adults & Children).
