The Role: As Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the gallery, working closely with the two directors. This role offers significant autonomy, as you’ll be working independently, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing exhibitions to maintaining the gallery space and handling sales. It’s a diverse role, where your ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently will be key. Your Responsibilities: Artist Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with our talented roster of artists, ensuring their needs are met and assisting with exhibition coordination. Sales & Client Relations: Engage with collectors, buyers, and potential clients, offering expert knowledge and building long-lasting relationships to drive sales and elevate the gallery’s reputation. Sales experience is a must—you will be instrumental in driving the gallery’s commercial success. Logistics & Shipping: Manage all logistics, including the safe shipping and installation of artworks, ensuring they arrive on time and in pristine condition. Curation: Play an active role in curating exhibitions, collaborating with the directors on exciting new shows and installations. Administrative Support: Handle essential administrative tasks, such as managing the gallery’s calendar, preparing exhibition materials, creating sales reports, and maintaining accurate records. Gallery Upkeep: Ensure the gallery space is always pristine, welcoming, and well-organised for both visitors and artists. Meetings & Strategy: Assist in strategic planning, attend meetings with artists, clients, and other stakeholders, and contribute ideas for gallery development. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Mailchimp, Word, and Excel is a bonus. You will need to manage digital communications, create promotional materials, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents with ease. Job Description To be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of public areas, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained. To be responsible for reporting any maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross. To ensure that all public areas adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards. To be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas of the hotel including but not limited to guest entrances and loading bay areas. To oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis. To be responsible for the stocking of linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, and to ensure that these storage areas are clean and well maintained. To ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times. To assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required. Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) Role: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary: 20k – 23k (depending on experience) per annum Location: Farringdon, London (with travel to clients sites) Job Purpose Provide onsite and remote support to our client systems and users, which includes routine site visits, computer systems and software installations (projects), and computer network and connectivity maintenance. Responsibilities & Duties - Provide 1st line IT support using the service desk and monitoring systems. - Offer troubleshooting, support, and fixes for client IT equipment or network failures. - Provide phone, email or in-person support (onsite and remote) - Client routine site visits to perform IT checks and proactive support. - Walk clients through solutions to solve problems and direct questions to line managers & 3rd party specialists. - Demonstrate great customer service skills and patience. - Update client documentation and record IT environment changes. - Manage and maintain client backups including backup technologies used. - Maintain records of client hardware and software inventory - Assist with maintaining information security through controlled hardware or software installations. - The ability to learn from other staff members and apply the knowledge to future projects or support scenarios. - Follow disaster recovery plans for equipment, power, or security failures when necessary to protect data and security.
