Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes. Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes. Handle customer feedback professionally, making necessary adjustments to enhance the dining experience. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote team cohesion and continuous improvement.
