As Room Attendant your key responsibilities will include: To service occupied or departure rooms to the standards as set out by the departmental SOPs; To ensure service areas are left clean and tidy and trolleys restocked at the end of each shift and all cleaning equipment is stored in a tidy manner; To provide service to all guest in public areas and rooms, ensuring that all supplies and amenities are refreshed and replaced accordingly; To prepare sofa beds, extra beds and baby cots as required; To check all work areas at the end of the day, ensuring all areas are free of linen and rubbish; To deliver clean lined to the allocated floor and to help keep clean and tidy all linen rooms and trolley; To report immediately any maintenance defects noticed whilst carrying out duties. As Room Attendant essential skills are: You'll have an eye for detail You take pride in your work and will enjoy being busy This is a physical role and you'll have to cope with the demands that the role of Room Attendant will require Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role but we will be happy to speak to you even if you have no experience at all Able to work flexibly including weekends and evening shifts
