Registered Manager 7-Bed EBD Children’s Home 📍 Bradford 💰 £63,000 – £73,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonuses 🏅 Currently Rated Outstanding About the Home An established, 7-bed therapeutic children’s home in Bradford, currently rated Outstanding, is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to continue its exceptional standards and lead a high-performing team. The home supports children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), delivering structured, trauma-informed care in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. This is not a turnaround role. This is about maintaining excellence. The Role As Registered Manager, you will: • Hold full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the home, • Maintain and develop Outstanding standards in line with Ofsted regulations, • Lead, mentor and develop a stable, experienced staff team, • Ensure high-quality care planning, safeguarding and risk management, • Manage budgets and occupancy levels, • Oversee safer recruitment and staff performance management, • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance processes, • Liaise with Local Authorities, parents/carers and external professionals, • Ensure robust Regulation 44 & 45 processes are embedded and effective Essential Requirements – Please Read Carefully ❗ Recent EBD residential experience as a Registered Manager is essential – candidates without this will not be considered. ❗ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential) – or already enrolled and near completion – is essential.
