The Role This is a varied, hands-on telesales position with real scope to grow. • Around 70% of your time will be spent on high-quality outbound cold calling, booking qualified meetings, • The remaining 30% will involve outbound marketing activity, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots What’s in It for You? • Up to £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, • £35,000 OTE in year one, • Commission paid per meeting booked and per sale, • Free on-site parking, • Flexibility within working hours, • Strong training and progression plan, • Holiday entitlement increasing with length of service, • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no evenings or weekends), • Birthday off, • Christmas and New Year shutdown, • Team socials and events, • Company pension Key Responsibilities • Proactive outbound calling, handling gatekeepers and objections to book qualified meetings, • Full ownership and accountability for your own sales pipeline and targets, • Utilising digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots, • Collaborating with the wider sales team to generate ideas that support growth and performance About You • Experience in a target-driven role (B2B, B2C, telesales, appointment setting, etc.), • Resilient, motivated and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment, • Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and approaches, • Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement, • Takes ownership and accountability for results Progression & Development Alongside a strong training and onboarding programme, the successful candidate will have genuine opportunities to shape their future within the business.
