Role Overview As our SEO Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead and trusted point of contact for a portfolio of SEO clients. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with excellent client management skills to design, execute, and optimise campaigns that boost organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategy • Serve as the main client contact for all SEO-related communication, strategy and reporting., • Understand client business goals and translate them into tailored SEO strategies and KPIs., • Lead discovery conversations and ongoing strategy reviews to keep clients aligned with performance and opportunities., • Advise clients on SEO priorities including keyword focus, content optimisation, technical improvements, and link building. SEO Campaign Planning & Execution • Develop and deliver comprehensive SEO plans covering on-page, off-page, technical, local and content strategy elements., • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution., • Conduct regular site audits, competitor analysis and keyword research using industry-standard tools., • Monitor campaign health and proactively adjust tactics to improve outcomes. Reporting & Insight • Prepare and present insightful SEO performance reports that highlight progress on rankings, organic traffic, conversions and strategic recommendations., • Translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable client recommendations and next steps., • Stay ahead of industry algorithm changes, emerging tools, and best practices - and communicate implications to both internal teams and clients. Account Growth & Retention • Nurture strong client relationships built on transparency, expertise and shared success., • Identify opportunities to grow account scope with relevant services, • Support pitch and proposal development for renewals and expansion. Skills & Qualifications Essential • 2+ years agency SEO experience with demonstrable results managing client SEO campaigns., • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO fundamentals., • Experience with SEO platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including presenting insights to clients., • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced agency setting., • Must be a UK resident or work permit holder; Desirable • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), • Google Analytics / other relevant certifications., • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio What we offer • The anticipated salary range is £28-35K depending on experience, • Career progression plan to Head of SEO, • Collaborative and creative environment where your insights shape client success, • Opportunities for professional development and training in SEO and wider digital strategy, • Office shutdown over the Christmas holidays, • Your birthday off

PPC Campaign Planning & Execution • Develop and deliver comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other relevant paid channels., • Plan, build, and optimise campaigns covering search, shopping, display, paid social, and remarketing activity., • Work closely with creative, analytics, and web teams to ensure seamless execution and landing page alignment., • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing testing to improve performance., • Monitor campaign health daily and proactively optimise bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creative to maximise ROI. Reporting & Insight • Prepare and present clear, insightful PPC performance reports highlighting spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and strategic recommendations., • Translate complex paid media data into actionable insights and next steps for clients., • Continuously test and experiment with ad formats, messaging, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive incremental improvements., • Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and industry best practices — communicating implications to both clients and internal teams.
