This is for the second and third seat in our already established, high-end barbershop, where we pride ourselves on making every customer feel special. We focus on building lasting relationships with our clients, and our team thrives on creating a sense of community. You’ll be joining a professional, customer-focused team that values quality, consistency, and exceptional service. Role: You’ll be providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and styling to our clients, ensuring that each visit is a positive and personalised experience. With an emphasis on maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workspace while providing an outstanding customer experience. Our clients are repeat and new customers who appreciate the care and attention they receive, and we expect the same level of professionalism from our barbers. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the continued success of the shop. Key Responsibilities: • Perform haircuts, beard trims, and styling to a professional standard. • Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and hygienic. • Stay up to date with the latest barbering trends and techniques. • Build strong, personalised relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. • Efficiently manage appointments to ensure smooth service. • Handle payments and perform regular stock taking Who we’re looking for: • Professional, with a strong attention to detail and pride in your work. • Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well with clients. • Organised and able to work under pressure. • Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends. • Self-employed or open to working on a self-employed basis. • A barbering qualification is preferred but not essential. As we continue to grow it’s important that the applicant can be flexible. Our customers come from all walks of life we help the elderly, busy parents and professionals keep their home and businesses clean. We ourselves as a family run company are flexible friendly and want to create a great working environment where people can enjoy coming into work and feel rewarded. This position would suit someone looking for long term part time work. Working hours are between 8-4 or 9-5 depending on the day so being able to start at 8am is a must. We are always expanding and looking for people who want to progress into full time or senior roles.
