Position Overview: As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales across the designated territory while supporting both new and existing accounts. You will be working as part of a dedicated team and collaborating closely with the Sales Manager. This role offers significant opportunities for progression, with top-performing consultants earning well into six figures, and the highest achievers exceeding half a million pounds annually. Key Responsibilities: • New Business Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within the specified geographical area, establishing strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other industry professionals., • Client Engagement: Schedule and deliver technical CPD presentations to clients, helping them understand product benefits and specifications, and supporting their decision-making processes., • Account Support: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business., • Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Develop a deep understanding of the innovative metal cladding and roofing systems to effectively communicate technical benefits and specifications., • Market Development: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to position the company as a trusted supplier of high-quality building envelope solutions., • Sales Administration: Support the sales process from quotation to order, including preparing proposals, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth order processing., • Territorial Management: Cover designated postcodes with a focus on expanding the company’s presence and securing key projects in the South London area.
