We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.\nThis role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure - We look after 60 million meters, and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. \nWant to be a part of it?\nWhat will you be doing? \nWe're looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors based out of our Langley office.\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You'll provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. Ensuring that all operations are completed, handling inbound and outbound calls.\nWe'll need you to handle inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries and booking appointments whilst accurately capturing data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports. \nYou'll be working with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote the profile of Morrison Water Services. Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action. Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution. Strive to outperform personal targets, team targets and Thames Water Service Level Agreements.\nThis is a hybrid working role working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
