Job Title: Caretaker / Site Assistant (Multi-Site) Location: Brentford, Isleworth & Chiswick Salary: £32,497 per annum Hours: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends) Shift Pattern: 08:00–17:30 or 09:30–18:00 (rotational) About the Role We’re recruiting for a hands-on Site Assistant to support the smooth running of multiple sites across Brentford, Isleworth, and Chiswick. You’ll ensure each location is clean, safe, well-presented, and delivering a high standard of customer service, while travelling between sites as required. Key Responsibilities • Maintain clean, safe, and presentable sites, • Carry out basic maintenance and DIY tasks (e.g. painting, minor repairs), • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries, • Support sales activity and contribute to site performance, • Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times, • Follow company procedures and site systems, • Assist with CSR activities, including volunteering and fundraisingAbout You, • Basic maintenance/DIY skills essential, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Able to work independently and manage your workload, • Flexible and willing to travel between sites, • Sales awareness or experience is beneficialWhat’s on Offer, • £32,497 salary, • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), • Bonus scheme, • Staff discounts on products and services, • Pension scheme As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
