Our client based in Maidenhead is currently recruiting for Learning and Development advisor to join their busy team on a 3 month contract. This is to cover sickness and is unlikely to be extended beyond the 3 months. \n The role will be hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office. There is parking available. Working hours are full time Monday to Friday 8.15am-5.15pm. \n Key duties include: \n\n • To lead on the development of a strong L&D culture throughout the organisation, finding innovative ways to inspire others and by leading with personal example.\n, • In conjunction with the People Services Manager, create the annual L&D plan to align learning to corporate priorities and identify annual budget requirements. This will include both renewal of regular planned/compliance learning activities within specified timescales, and partnering with managers throughout the organisation to proactively identify and forecast additional L&D needs.\n, • Take ownership for delivering the annual L&D plan so that activity is sourced to achieve learning objectives, organised, delivered and recorded on systems within agreed timescales and within agreed budget.\n, • Negotiate with external providers to ensure maximum value for money and programmes are highly tailored to the needs of the organisation.\n, • Research, design and deliver in-house innovative and engaging L&D programmes using a variety of methods to meet organisation specific L&D needs.
