Key Responsibilities Leading and Supervising • Oversee and manage a team of support workers, ensuring they are well-trained, competent, and supported., • Carry out HR duties at designated unit(s)., • Manage and chair in-house team meetings., • Provide hands-on support to the individuals we support, including personal care and hygiene assistance where required.
