As a Multi Trade Operative you will be: • Carrying out full kitchen installations from start to finish, • Completing full plastering works (walls and ceilings), • Undertaking carpentry (1st & 2nd fix, kitchen fitting, worktops, units), • Performing plumbing works including fitting sinks and pipework, • Completing multi-trade tasks within void properties, • Proven experience in kitchen fitting, • Strong plastering skills (full-room plastering, not just patch work), • Previous experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environment, • A full UK driving licence, • The ability to commute to and from site reliably
