The Role: HR Advisor We are seeking a proactive, experienced HR Advisor to join their dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related matters, providing expert advice, supporting compliance, and playing a key role in recruiting and developing an outstanding care team. Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance, conduct, and absence management Support recruitment, onboarding, and vetting of care staff, ensuring compliance with CQC and right-to-work legislation Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, DBS checks, and training compliance Assist with investigations, disciplinaries, and grievance procedures Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Coordinate performance review processes and appraisals Generate regular HR reports for senior management Support employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives Ensure HR processes are compliant with GDPR and safeguarding standards

EXPERIENCED carer for Sitting Service only

Experienced carers only - Evening SITTING position. Salary: £800-£1000 PER MONTH Times: 8/9pm - 9am Timings will be discussed We are looking for 2 carers to either job share or 1 person to do this role full time, if suitable. We need someone with experience of caring for a relative or if you are already from a care agency/hospital setting background. Our father has dementia but he is mobile and already has carers in the daytime. We are looking for someone who can “sit” with him during bedtime hours for when our father wakes to use the toilet during the night. Otherwise you will sleep when he sleeps. This varies day to day. Sometimes he doesn’t get up at all. Other times it’s 2-3 times. The person will need to escort him into the bathroom and stand by the door to ensure he does not get dizzy and will need to help him up if he is struggling. You will then need to escort him back to bed. My father is able to clean himself and wash his hands. You just need to prompt him to wash them. If he’s hungry or thirsty he may ask for Tea and toast. You can help him make this and then settle him back to bed. There will be an alarm set up in his bedroom which will wake you up if he gets up from the bed on to the floor. This position is suitable for a mature carer or someone who has cared for a loved one and understands the type of character and support needed for this position. If you have poor timekeeping, or are unreliable do not reply if you are not serious about this position. We are looking for a qualified nurse or two to care for mum in her own home once she is discharged from hospital. You must be trained and experienced at managing an ng tube. We are looking for full time support/ live in. All other caring duties also apply e.g manual handling using a hoist , personal care etc. mum has advanced dementia and physical disabilities which mean she is bedridden. We want someone kind , skilled and patient , ideally to support mum on a self employed basis. Mum lives in Southgate North London.
