Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / AnalystLocation: Liverpool \n Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy in their search for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team in Liverpool. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join a respected consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality asbestos services across the North West. Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties, you'll benefit from a structured workload, strong technical support, and genuine long-term career progression. THE ROLE\n As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of client sites throughout Liverpool and the surrounding region. \n Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will deliver high-quality surveying and analytical services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, and UKAS procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n • \n Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 \n • \n Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248 \n • \n Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports \n • \n Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a variety of commercial and public sector properties \n • \n Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple client sites \n • \n Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams \n • \n Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures \nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\n • \n BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent) \n • \n Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst \n • \n Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation \n • \n Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable \n • \n Full UK driving licence \n • \n Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills \n • \n Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work \nWHAT'S ON OFFER\n\n • \n Competitive salary \n • \n Company vehicle provided \n • \n Company pension scheme \n • \n Ongoing training and professional development \n • \n Structured workload with strong operational support \n • \n Permanent, long-term opportunity with excellent career progression \n\n If you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on or email
