Overview In this role you will develop and maintain DSAT-compliant training courseware for military training, collaborating with SMEs and teams to ensure training meets operational needs. You will update syllabi, standards, and assessments, while championing EHS and continuous improvement. The position sits within Raytheon UK’s Training Transformation Services, contributing to modernising armed forces training with design-focused responsibilities. You will work across sites, remotely, or in hybrid arrangements to deliver high-quality course design.
