You will be responsible for receiving and handling incoming calls from distressed motorists, assessing their situations, and coordinating the dispatch of our service teams to their locations. Your empathetic and efficient response will be vital in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional assistance when they need it most. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of our facilities through the operation of security systems and surveillance equipment.
