What You’ll Be Doing • Advise on insurance-linked securities including CAT bonds and securitisations, • Support cross-border equity and debt offerings (UK, US, and European listings), • Work closely with dual-qualified lawyers on capital markets and regulatory matters, • Develop niche expertise across ILS, high yield, and structured reinsurance What You’ll Bring • 2–3 PQE from a top-tier capital markets practice (Magic Circle or US firm preferred), • Hands-on experience with ECM and/or DCM, ideally including high yield or IPOs, • Strong drafting and execution skills in cross-border transactional settings, • Interest in developing expertise in the insurance sector and ILS transactions Who This Suits You’re a capital markets associate ready to specialise in an intellectually demanding, high-reward niche.
