About the role As a Digital Trader at Fenwick, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies that maximise sales, profit, and customer engagement. From managing product ranges and assortment to owning the trading calendar and identifying commercial opportunities, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers are inspired by our offer while delivering against sales and performance targets. Working closely with Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, Site Optimisation, and Analytics teams, you’ll analyse trading KPIs and web performance to react quickly to customer behaviour and market trends. You’ll oversee online merchandising, manage promotions and product launches, and optimise onsite search and navigation to enhance the customer journey. You’ll also be a key link between Fenwick and concession brands, presenting trading insights and actions to support their performance while contributing to catalogue marketing and content planning. This role is suited to a commercially driven, analytical eCommerce professional with strong trading and optimisation experience. You’ll be highly numerate, confident with data, and proficient in tools such as Excel, merchandising platforms, and analytics systems. Shopify and Agility PIM experience would be an advantage but not essential. You’ll also bring strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coach a team of Assistant Traders while working collaboratively across functions. What we are looking for in a candidate... • Strong eCommerce trading and optimisation experience, • Strong numerical and analytical background, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, • Experience of eCommerce merchandising software and analytics tools, • Shopify & Agility PIM experience ideal but not required, • Experience of working with both own bought products and concession brands advantageous, • Commercially aware with strong trading focus, • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills, • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment, • The ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines About Fenwick Fenwick is rich with heritage and history and have been style pioneers since 1882 when our first store opened. Reports to: Studio Manager Location: Chelsea, London (SW10) Commitment: Full-time, office-based Role Overview Tilly Sveaas is a fast-growing jewellery brand based in Chelsea, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to play a key role in keeping our business running and growing smoothly. Working directly for our Operations Director and closely with other members of the team, you’ll compile regular trading and operations reports; consider forecasting, ordering, and stock keeping to manage stock coverage; and organise freight and logistics. We are a small team of 10 and this is a collaborative role that will give you experience and insight into our whole business. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and stock operations • Generate weekly and monthly stock, merchandise and sales reports, • Generate weekly and monthly operations reports including returns, refunds, logistics and customer service, • Use insight to feed into order forecasts and on-site merchandising, • Manage uploads and pricing changes for our ecommerce customers on-site and for our wholesale customers in price lists, • Regular stock takes of products and packaging including updates on WooCommerce, Unleashed and Xero, • Raise, update and process purchase orders, manufacturing assemblies and inventory receipts, • Ensure order confirmations, invoices and packing lists are stored and organised, • Maintain up-to-date database of product costings and supplier options, • Cost new parts and products for launches, • Create parts and Bill of Materials in Unleashed, • Liaise with our packaging suppliers, ensuring orders are placed and delivered on time, • Assist finance in month end queries on stock, invoicing and purchase orders, • Assist colleagues in preparing for key eventsYou might be a fit if you are…, • Someone with 1–2 years in an operations, supply chain, or finance-support role (eCommerce experience preferred)., • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Someone with strong attention to detail and organisational skills., • Someone with excellent, clear, verbal and written communication skills., • Someone with an analytical and pragmatic approach to work - ability to autonomously solve problems., • Someone with strong commercial awareness., • Someone with a strong competency with Excel/Google Sheets., • Someone with strong technical skills - WooCommerce, Unleashed and Xero preferred (training will be provided but familiarity with eCommerce platforms/ERPs is essential).Benefits, • Salary range: £30-£35k DOE, • Relaxed office environment in Chelsea, SW10, • Private healthcare with BUPA, • 21 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, • 60% staff discount on jewellery
